The Simplex Sliceware
The easy and stress-free way to a 3D model
„Slicing“ – the process of breaking down a 3D object into individual layers and generating a “working plan” for the printer – is one of the most demanding tasks in 3D printing. Especially in the Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) process, models are usually hollowed out to save printing time and material.
1. Load your 3D models into the sliceware
2. Determine which model type you need …
3. The sliceware creates the files for the printer
The Simplex Filaments
Filaments for orthodontic model fabrication
High-quality 3D prints are only possible with high-quality filaments.

Simplex model isolation
Separating agent for 3D-printed filament models
SIMPLEX model isolation was developed for 3D-printed filament models and completes the digitally based orthodontic workflow. As with the entire SIMPLEX 3D filament printer system, high attention has been paid to convenient, safe application of the model isolation. SIMPLEX model isolation is easy to use and takes little time. It ensures an optimal insulation of the printed model against acrylics.
